Do you take a commission?
Yes — a flat five percent on each confirmed booking. Compared with the fifteen to twenty percent charged by traditional OTAs, and with no monthly software fees, the difference adds up quickly.
Will HostBrain work on my current website?
Yes. We provide a small snippet of code that runs on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and any custom site. Paste it once and the widget appears.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. You only pay our 5% success fee. Nothing else.
What if the AI does not know an answer?
You set the boundaries. For unusual questions, HostBrain politely takes the guest’s email and forwards the enquiry to you. Nothing is lost.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There is no contract and no minimum. You can remove HostBrain from your site at any time, and you only owe for bookings already closed.
